    Before inspecting the fuel system, perform the minimum inspection for compression and ignition system.

    Engine speed will not increase Poor performance at high speed Unstable engine speed

    Pilot screw clogged. Remove foreign material/dirt. Replace pilot screw.

    Use needle B ( 0.3) to clean

    Pilot jet clogged.

    Pilot jet air path clogged.

    Remove foreign material/dirt.

    Remove foreign material around oat pin.
    Pilot screw brakes at narrow point. LIMITER CAP PILOT SCREW

    Overow Gasoline leak


    Float valve worn or coated with foreign material/ dirt. Valve seat coated with foreign material/ dirt.

    Float doesnt move properly.

    Aplly LOCTITE 638

    Remove foreign material/dirt.

    (More than 3 months).

    For extended storage of the engine

    Drain gasoline from oat chamber by running the engine until it stops or by loosening the drain screw while engine is stopped.

    When the cap is removed, the pilot screw breaks at the neck. To remove the remaining screw, t an appropriate rubber tube over the remaining stub and unscrew.

    Install a new pilot screw and set it to the specied position. (Refer to shop manual.) Then install the limiter cap with LOCTITE 638.

    Remove foreign material/dirt. Take care not to damage the seat surface.

    Using of Carburetor Cleaning Kit (Kit No.07JPZ-0010001)


    Carburetor cleaning kit for removing foreign material/dirt.
    Needle A ( 0.5) (Main jet) Needle B ( 0.3) (Pilot jet)
    (Air blow for jets and air paths)

    Float chamber check

    Water inside oat chamber. Take off oat chamber and clean or replace.

    Pump nozzle

    (Main jet assemble /disassemble)

    Screw driver
