Worked as a library page traveling among the 19 neighborhood library branches (and the administration building) providing basic collection maintenance. Duties included shelving, discharging library materials, processing holds, updating patron accounts using Millennium, booking internet sessions using Pharos, and direct customer service at information desks.

Worked as front-line staff at the circulation counter discharging, issuing, and renewing library materials using Unicorn as well as issuing new library cards.
