SPSS Version 13 was used for statistical analysis. Using T-test, Results showed that there is significant difference (sig=0.001) of perceptions between unit heads and workers as to work ethics. In other words, the unit heads and workers differ significantly with the way they perceived the work ethics of the workers.

SPSS Version 13 was used for statistical analysis. Using T-test, Results showed that there is no significant difference (sig=o.963 > 0.05) of perceptions between public and private workers as to work ethics. In other words, the public and private workers perceived their work ethics just the same.
