Dear Sir, It is regretted to inform that land line telephone no: 03592-240071 installed at the office premises of POWERGRID, Mamring is out of order since March, 2013. Due to non-availability of telephone connection as well as broadband facility, our official works are getting badly affected. In this regard it may be mentioned that the office of POWERGRID, Mamring is discharging the responsibility of coordination of construction of two Nos. of EHV Substations and associated Transmission Lines meant for evacuation of power for Generation Projects under the state of Sikkim. In the absence of broadband and telecom networks, all communication systems for official work have become jeopardised. In the above circumstances, your personal intervention for restoration of the above connection is earnestly requested.
