Vise II experience:

I think that, the school that I’m attending in the vise II is very good they have good teachers
well, I can only refers to the area of English, but the environment is not the best and it can
affect the learning process, sometimes students can be very impolite with others students,
so as teacher we can't work like that. In the past I use to think that the best way to improve
our education was having highly qualified teachers, I mean that is important, but there are
many others factors, for instance the facilities are important too, the technology , and of
course a good environment.

I think that the best way to fight against the distracters if you don’t have these facilitators is
given the student the right tools to improve his behave, we have to teach self-respect and
also that they to learn to respect his classmates, I’m aware that this task is really hard,
because we can find student that don't want to learn or sometimes they don't want to
participate in the class, in those cases, we have to think why they don't want to do it, we
should be aware that they have many others problems in their houses, that they are others
factors and maybe that's why they don't want to take part of the class.

But the most important thing that we should do as teachers is to find the way to help those
students that have that kind of problems, and of course find the right way to do it, but I
have a question which is the way to get to student?, well I don’t know the answer of this
question but maybe in the future I will know what to do.
