Respected Sir, Sri Bal binder Singh foreman of Rolling mill went on leave from dt 26.10.12 to 19.11.12 & he joined on 20.11.12. Sir before going on leave he adjusted his c-off & accordingly we have granted the above leave, since he goes only after every 6 months & adjust his c-off during that period & he is always available during 24 hrs for any problem in the mill. We cannot allow him to take frequent leave .But after joining we came to know that his 4 days c-off lapsed in the month of sept.In view of his scincieurity & dedication to the mill it is requested that the above lapsed leaves may be granted to him. In view the above I wants again request you to grant him another 4 days (lapsed c-off). I hope you will be kind enough to consider our request, which will also provided motivation to him.
