Fill the hollow space between the frames with Rockwool flexi batt insulation. The Insulation in the wall will consist of 2 layers of Rockwool Flexi batts, 120 +245 Giving a total insulation thickness of 365.
a Rockwool knife is used to cut the insulation to size

It is recomeded to use a pumatic cutter to cut the fiber gypsum boards but other methods may also be used. It is to be noted that particals from Gypsum board can cause respiratory problems and the nessary precutions should be taken
