Introduction In this report I will talk about the interview which I did with Miss Ameera who is an English teacher. During the interview I asked her many questions which were related to her as an English teacher and her career. She gave me a lot of knowledge about them. Therefore, I learnt many useful things from her while meeting. I will discuss in this report about her work place, the learners and her advices which are related to a good teacher, information about herself as a teacher, her evaluation of the job and my overall evaluation.

The teacher work place Miss Ameera work at Ibn Zaydoun School which is a primary government school. It is boys school, and it has grades from one to five. Its location is Al Rams. The educational philosophy and vision of it is as she said to me Our philosophy and vision are to bring up a creative, independent generation that will be pioneer and useful in serving his society as well as his country. I agree with that philosophy and vision. I believe that not just this school, but other all government schools should make students more creative and

Also, the reputation of it in the RAK community is that In 2009 April Abdullah Hamad who is manager of Ras Al Khaimah educational zone came to check whole schools which are located in Al Rams and Ibn Zaydoun is one of those schools (AlAtwi, 2009). He believed that it has better and smooth way than other schools in entering and exiting the buss and without any the traffic jams because it includes the two gates which is the in front gate of the school for entering bus and the at back gate of the school for exiting (Al-Atwi, 2009).

The learners and her advices Her ideas about the learners that she and other teachers are dealing with different kinds of students who some of them are polite, but others are naughty. In addition, she believes that they have different interests and attitudes. For example, some of them dont like studying, but others are learning with difficulty. Also, some of them are good, but others are naughty. She advised me that if I want to be a good teacher so I should deal with all of them and attract all of them to share in the learning process. A teacher has to be creative, such as using different kinds of teaching aids to attract their attentions for not to feel bored. However, when they are feeling bored so they will begin to be naughty. Therefore, she suggested me the best way to avoid this by involving them in the learning process and to keep them always busy. Those suggest will stop them to be naughty or bored during class. Moreover, she advised me that I should create classes which are always motivating and exciting to them for stopping their misbehaviors.

Information about the teacher She has many skills and experiences about her job. In addition, she has Bachelor science English which she got in 1999 from the college of education in Egypt. She has many skills which are helpful for her as a teacher, such as she has good knowledge of English language written and spoken. Also, she has good knowledge of computer and ICDL programs. On the other hand, she has five years experience teaching in Egypt and three years at Ibn Zaydoun School. When she was in Egypt, she taught grades seven & eight, but now she is teaching grades four & five. She has variety of techniques for assessment the students inside the classroom. For instance, she gives them quizzes, exercises and continuous tests because of measuring their progresses. Also, she has helpful plans for weak students and talented students. On the other hand, she and other teachers have some field trips related to the units students study.

For example, if they have a unit about museums so the teachers make a trip to RAK Museum. Then, they ask them to write a report in English about the trip.

The teacher evaluation of the job She has many things which are related to her job. Some of them she enjoys, such as teaching and feeling proud of her students. Also, she said me that the most pleasing thing in her job is to see a weak student becomes better as she can change his attitudes about learning and studying. As well as that change make she so happy. In contrast, there are other things which she would like to change, such as make teachers more respectable and polite to their job and others. Moreover, she said me that she wishes that she could get more experiences, attending more meetings and workshops to help her in her career. Her overall evaluation of the job is she likes her job at this school and she would like to continue teaching at this school because she has good knowledge of the school and students.

My overall evaluation (conclusion) This school content many things which I like. For example, I like this school because this school is primary school. After observation the school and Miss Ameera advices I think that I ably to control the students who are boys. For example, I have good skills and experiences which I got from teaching practice to create classes which are motivating and exciting for them. The schools location is very close to my home, so I know its location very well. Also, I can reach it under twelve minutes without getting warning of late. The one thing which I dislike in it is that size of the schools classes is small, so sometime it will make me difficult in managing the students. My overall evaluation is that if I get the chance in future to work at the school so I will accept it.
