Read Carefully: Allot some of your time to reading carefully, especially when you are in the advanced stages of learning. Read a piece of work very carefully. Try to learn every word you do not know. You can use articles, stories, or even a novel or other book. Reading extensively (see above) is good when you are building a core vocabulary. Reading carefully moves you to a higher level.
