NOTES :
1 Tolerances on performance tolerances shall not exceed those in API 610 Table 14. Vendor to confirm actual tolerances. Power consumption at Rated duty shall be guaranteed. Maximum allowable working pressure shall be at least equal to the maximum discharge pressure at maximum suction pressure, maximimum density and maximum differential head. Vendor shall state the maximum discharge pressure in the quotation. Suction and discharge pressures and NPSHA are referenced to the underside of the baseplate. The Vendor shall state the NPSHR at the pump centreline and the underside of the baseplate. The NPSHa shall exceed the NPSHr at least 1 m throughout the operating range. For the NPSH margin of 1 m to 1.6 meter, NPSH test shall be performed. . (Test shall be witnessed) Motor rating shall be according to API 610 Table 11 requirements and not less than; Maximum pump power with rated impeller diameter at rated density

Pumps shall be self-venting. Alternative designs shall be submitted for the Purchasers approval. The pump and driver shall be mounted on a common baseplate. Pump speed 1500 RPM is preffered. A sleeved shaft design is acceptable. Minimum flow should be considered 0.3 of normal flow. Pump shall have an operating region of 70% to 120% of best efficiency flow rate of the pump as furnished. Rated flow shall preferably be within the region of 80% to 110% of best efficiency flow rate of the pump as furnished. Vendors scope of supply shall include but not limited to the followings with all accessories , its attachments and references. Pump, complete with all accessories. Electromotor by considering all factors. Driver Gear box (if necessary- not preferred) Lubrication system- force feed systems to be integrated into the pump base plate Local gauge board/direct mounted instrumentation Mechanical seal (s) Mechanical seal system Vibration displacement probes and/or accelerometers (where specified on the data sheet) Common, single life fabricated steel base plate for pump, gear box (if required), driver and all auxiliaries Base plate foundation kits, including leveling bolts, pads and shims All electrical and instrumentation cabling on the base plate All electrical and instrumentation junction boxes All required cable trays on the base plate First Filling oil Touch up paint Special tools for installation and maintenance of all equipment including auxiliaries (if required) Common base plate for pump and driver. Flexible spacer type coupling. Required shaft sealing based on liquid properties and pump operation. All necessary piping for flushing and auxiliary seal systems Required instruments for safe pump operation. Manifold connection for utility and cooling water connection at the edge of skid All necessary piping and flanges (suction, discharge, vent, drain and etc), Complete test and inspection as per data sheet and ITP. Foundation Bolts & nuts, shim, leveling pads Lifting lugs Earthing bosses Spare parts for commissioning / start-up Spare parts for 2 years operation (Option) Packing for shipment.
