Marys Academy of Caloocan City (S.Y. 2012-2013). Being freshmen is the hardest or the most difficult stage of life for an individual because this is time that you need to adjust from being a grade schooler to somehow a more matured individual than in the grade schooler. They said that high school is the most memorable and the happiest stage of an individuals life. Memorable and happiest moments shouldnt be done without our close friends or our BFFs. In order to gain more friends you need to be more socialized but how can you gain more friends if you are always being shy? The lack of confidence of an individual could affect many factors such as to socialize/to gain more or new friends, being shy to participate in any school activities, and expressing their insights/expression as a human being. It might greatly affect their everyday activities in the school or in the society, their personality and what might other people think about them. To avoid the discrepancy, regarding of the absenteeism of the students during the conduction of the action research project, only 50 students will be chosen to answer the confidence level test to represent the whole Grade 7 students. The Confidence Level Test is the test that will be given to the grade 7 students that would judge their confidence level only and not their personality.
