The meeting og the dance board was chared by Nadiah binti Lamri of Form 5 Science 3. She started thee meeting by thanking the committee for its vote for confidence in her. She reminded the committee that for the year book was join effort and everyone has an important role and responsibility to see that it comes into fruition. Allocation of work for committee members There are 5 committee members altogether and each of the member was allocated work that covered the process of getting the articles to the final publication of the year book. 1. Articles and editing of articles for year book. This task was given to Nadzirah binti Razak (5 Science 4). She will responsible for getting students to contribute articles and selecting and editing articles. 2. Layout of the year book The final layout of the year book sill be done by the chairman together with Nur ALif Syafina ( 5 Technichal 1) 3. All these sub committee are allowed to get other students to help them in their work. Name of the year book The committee discussed several suggestions for a name of the year book.- A Step to Succeed,Step Up,One Feet Can Dance. The final choice was the A Step to Succeed but the final desicion depends on club teachers. Time of publication It was agreed that the year book will be published by the first week of September.
