INGRIDIENTS: 5 cups of cake flour 1 cup evaporated milk 3 cups refined sugar 1 bar melted butter 4 large egg 5 tbsp. baking powder 5 cups blended dragon fruit 1 bar cheese
PROCEDURE: 1. Mix all dry ingredients and sift, make a well at the center and add all the liquid ingredients. 2. Slice and blend the dragon fruit and add to the mixture, blend thoroughly. 3. Beat egg and add to the mixture, blend thoroughly. 4. Pour mixture into puto molder, add strips of cheese. 5. Steam for 15 20 minutes. 6. Serve.
