A&QC identified 4.841 families resident in th Tier I shelter ystom forthe Fanuary- March 2005 review peviod. From these 4,841 families, we identified $74 tales with apparent income listed fora case ‘member in an associated Public Assistance (PA) andlor Food Stamp (FS) esse, aud at least one month without a recurring grant sted on the Welfare Management System (WMS). From these 574 cases, out taistician identified 120 case sample for our review.
