Wheels will be smaller than last year in the back. Smaller wheels = more acceleration but less top speed. Since we are not so much concerned about speed as much as acceleration, this seems to be the right fit. Will increase RPM and be a more firm ride.

A larger wheel means that a larger, more powerful brake disc can be installed. Since the wheels will not be as big as last years in the back, some braking power may be lost.

Too small of a tire can put a strain on the drive train and other compnents of the car. Also, with too small of a tire the speed can dramatically reduce top speed. The ride is also less flexible with a smaller tire.
