My favourite sport

Almost every person during childhood finds many sports interesting and joyful, but choose only one or two as the most appealing to his character and physical abilities. I particularly found skiing and swimming very recreative. The reason for this may be my personality, because I was never keen on team sports or indoor sports. First of all, skiing, as well as swimming, runs all of your body muscles at the same time, what is tiring but essential for your body shape and condition. This can be a great tip for beginners unless you want sore muscles, start with slow exercises few weeks earlier before you go to the mountains. Next thing I like about skiing is surroundings. I find myself as a passionate nature lover, so everytime I reach the top of the mountain, I take a deep breath, enjoy the view and prepare myself for rush of the adrenaline that follows descending down the steep slopes. To sum up, the best things about skiing are healthy natural environment, great feeling of adventure and possibility of strengthening your body.
