1. Please ensure that you have read and comprehended all the terms and
conditions of the Standard Contract
2. Singing this form is an endorsement of your request to benefit from Tamkeen
Enterprise Development Support Programme and that you, as a second party
in this contract, agree to abide by the terms and conditions indicated in the
Standard Contract which will be effective upon receiving a written approval
from Tamkeen to accept your request.
3. Enterprises shall pay 20% of their share of the project cost to the Consultant as
outlined in the Final Approval immediately after delivery of the project plan by
the Consultancy Office.
4. Enterprises shall pay 30% of their share of the project cost to the Consultant
as outlined in the Final Approval immediately after Tamkeen approval of the
Diagnostic Report.
5. Enterprises must cooperate with all aspects set forth by Tamkeen and the
Consultancy Office during the implementation process to achieve all outlined
objectives. This will be in the form of the successful completion and/or
implementation of the consultancy study (project) from planning to execution
and follow up. The Enterprise should not terminate the project with the
Consultancy Office without prior consent from Tamkeen.
6. Enterprises shall pay 30% of their share of the project cost to the Consultancy
Office as outlined in the Final Approval immediately after Tamkeen approval of
the Planning Report.
7. Enterprises shall pay 20% of their share of the project cost to the Consultancy
Office as outlined in the Final Approval immediately after project sign off.

and measures that will contribute towards improving your

establishment's performance and help you utilize the certification

as a marketing tool in a way that meets your expectations while

examining existing productivity levels and establishing a stronger
presence in the international market. It also helps setting standards

for products, procedures, training and application, as well as a

quality-assurance system.
