SUBSEA LAY OUT Shtokman field lay out will cover nearly 600km in a very harsh environment and

is designed to have 16 producing wells producing the J0 & J1 formations with four(4) back up wells . The field will have six (6) templates (2 templates connected in series in 3 drill centres) with 4 slots in each template. Six 16ND flow lines will connect six 14ND riser (which will be lazy-s configured) through the infield riser base to deliver reservoir fluid to the floating production unit (FPU). The produced hydrocarbon will in turn be conveyed through the four 14ID export risers to the Trunk line Riser Base and further transported to the onshore facility.

Two umbilical lines to run from the topside to the seabed where it will connect the subsea distribution unit from where an infield umbilical will connect the individual wellhead templates for subsea control purposes. The field will utilize a ship-shape FPU that will be positioned centrally within the 3 drill centres and will have 16 anchor points on the seabed to Moore the vessel in place. FPU has chosen over other floating structures because it can conveniently process the expected volume of gas (70MSM3 /d) and it will disconnectable.
