HOW TO SEND TP FILES TO TOUCH PANEL

1. Open the appropriate Touch Panel software. Look for the latest from the Network Shared Folder \\172.16.11.10\files\Riyadh Palace\AMX\Configs. (Copy/Paste to your computer and make sure you have the AMX TPDesign4 application installed).

2. Click Connect to Master. You can find the list of AMX Netlinx Controllers IP address from \\172.16.11.10\files\Riyadh Palace\AMX\Documentation\ Riyadh Palace IP Data 2009_3_1

3. Connection Setting: Fill in the name and IP address of the Master or Controller and click Connect button. Example: Riy Mud Theater >180.20.1.160

4. Select send to Panel icon found at the top left corner. You can do this if connection to the Master is established.

5. List of online Touch Panels will be shown that are connected to the Master including Panel Information. Check the System, Device ID, Description, and choose the proper Touch Panel to update. Click send button.

6. File transfer status window will appear, Touch Panel will reboot once completed. Wait until the Menu page appears and test the panel.
