With Serous Discharge and capillary Refill of less than 3 seconds. Scabs and Scars were found at the right leg, which were caused by a blood infection as verbalized by the mother of the Patient.

Laboratory Test: Ultra Sound- (06/14/13)soft tissue swelling in the anterior aspect of the leg and extend it to the left knee, Impression: Consistent Cellulitis (06/24/13) presence of 14 x 4. 1 cm complex mass at anterior aspect of the leg . Impression: Pyomylitis
