VILLAREAL, of legal age, residing at 3/F Sequihod Building, Surigao Boulevard, Barangay Taft, Surigao City, for and in consideration of the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS (P30,000), Philippine currency, to me paid by KRISTIAN LOUEL O. SERDAN, also of legal age, residing at 03755 Narciso Street, Barangay Taft, Surigao City, hereinafter referred to as VENDEE, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby SELL and CONVEY unto the said VENDEE, his heirs and assigns, the following described personal property, to wit: One (1) unit Toyota Corolla Four-Door Sedan, Year Model 1996, Engine No. 2E-2921919, Chassis No. EE100-9027608, Plate No. GGK 269, registered at the Land Transportation Office under MV File No. 0760-00000013201. I further covenant with the said VENDEE that I own and have the right to sell and transfer the title and ownership of the above-described property, and I will defend the same against the claims of any and all persons whatsoever.
