 RENTAL LISTING AGREEMENT

I hereby authorize _____________________ of @Properties as my exclusive agent

for the rental of _______________________ to begin on _______________________

Until ________________________________. The lessor agrees to pay a rental fee of

ONE MONTHS RENT, for the first year. An additional fee on ONE HALF
MONTHS RENT, shall be added per each additional year. Fee will be paid upon
lessee’s signature of lease.

@Properties agrees to, for the above fee, obtain an application from a prospective
tenant, perform a credit check, draw a lease when applicant is obtained, and collect
security deposit from said prospective tenant. When tenant is proven satisfactory, in
owner’s sole and exclusive judgment, @Properties will process the checks, deduct
their fee, and forward balance to owner.

It remains the owner’s responsibility to pay the unit’s assessments (when applicable)
and taxes, mortgage, water bill, insurance on common area, scavenger service, and
any other customary responsibilities of property owner. @Properties takes no
responsibility for upkeep of the unit. This rental agreement hereby incorporates the
terms and conditions of the Chicago Association of Realtors MLS Exclusive Listing
Agreement generally applicable to real estate listings.
