AGENCY PROJECT

INTRODUCTION

Roshani Gas Agency provide to get a new gas connection and also provide to refill empty bottles of gas. They also provide equipment like hoteplate , regulators, tube, lighters etc. Its responsibility is to keep track of customer information stock information booking information reports

EXSITING SYSTEM
In manual system, to add a new customer they have to add their records in register. Suppose customer leave the town or city, so their records should be deleted.They delete their records from various registers. If a customer wants to change his or her addresses , it is difficult to update or change his or her profile into register When a customer comes for cylinder refills they have to first check their validity. Then they will book his refill in the register, which is very time consuming. In manual system they have to daily update the stock register.

PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION
It is really very difficult to maintain the all records. Such opration can not work properly like add, delete ,update etc. It dont have any security of data. It is all very difficult to search any records of old transaction It is very time consuming. Duplication of records may occur.

PROPOSED OF NEW SYSTEM

The new system that maintain all the records and transaction

All operation will work properly.

This system have to provide more facility to counting and generating bills.

Become very understandable and easier for the user.

All register value store properly and easy to search.

Addition , deletion, updation can be easily done. History checking easily done. Accurate work Less persons required To make the security high Daily transactions are easily handled Fast transactions Work distribution is easily done. Generation of different kinds of reports. Reduction in redundancy

The system have Manual work has to be reduced and Result to be received quickly.
To speed up the operation and Decrease manpower, high cost.

Increase security, speed, storing and accuracy.

Managing and maintaining data becomes easier and cost effective due to very high amount and reliability of storage space available in the proposed system
