Wadia Institute of Management studies is facing a problem of low attendance and wants to settle the time table in effective way to get rid of this problem and also to apply it effectively on the students and for this they are taking the help of XYZ consultancy to conduct a study based on impact of time slot of lecture and performance of students in different subjects. Being the part of that consultancy, you are given a job to conduct the study and recommend The Title of the study Bring out the variables in the study Hypothesis Objectives of the study Frame a Questionnaire.

Solution: Title: Study conducted on declining attendance of Management Graduates with special reference to Wadia College. Objective of the Study: The study will be conducted to achieve the following objectives 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. To improve the overall Performance of students. To encourage the effective allocation of schedules. Bring out the intelligence level effectively. To bring out the reasons of gender wise declining performance. To suggest the effective allocation of subject wise time slots.

Variable of the Study: Time slots (e.g. Morning, Afternoon & Evening slots). Performance (Grades or Marks scored in each subject). Subjects (Practical, Theory, Applied Subjects, Technical).

Intelligence Level Gender (Male or Female) etc.

Being the study carries the selection of a right time slot to be fixed as per the nature of the subject to be taught at the given slot hence Null Hypothesis: 1. There is no significant difference between the time slot fixed and subject taught. 2. There is no significant difference between Performance and intelligence. 3. There is no significant difference between marks scored and gender. Questionnaire: Any related questions based on objectives and taking under consideration the sequencing may be asked.
