To present the basic concepts and theoretical aspects concerning change management in organizations. To integrate knowledge of business management, human resources management, organizational behavior, organizational dynamics, and strategy implementation. We use interactive exercises, cases, article reviewing and student project to examine these issues and to develop critical skills in teamwork, negotiations, communications, and leadership.
