PRACTICAL HR-ANALYSIS OF HR FUNCTION

In depth study of the HR dept. is required. Group Presentation Must cover details regarding the HR Policy, HR Functions, Organization structure of HR and specialties of the Dept. Duration of the presentation is for 10 minutes (7+3) only. Noncompliance would result in negative evaluation.

Written Assignment Details of the contact person, HR Policy, Functions, Organisation Structure, Procedures, Duties of HR Manager, Training & Development Initiatives, Competitive Advantage of HR Dept. Legible hand written copies with proper chapterisation only need to be submitted on individual basis on the day of presentation itself. Plagiarism would be counted for strict negative evaluation.

Viva Each team member must attend viva individually. Assignment coordinator should schedule the viva and communicate that to the Faculty as well as students. Evaluation Total marks for the assignment is 15 with equal weightage to each component mentioned above.
