combines outstanding lithographic quality with easy handling, excellent durability and Eco-benefits. However, because it is a chemistry-free plate there is no need for a developer, meaning that one of the main variables affecting image consistency disappears.

CTP

N94-VCF
31

Principle: the violet laser diode starts the polymerisation of the image area, which is completed in the first section of the COU. Subsequently the plate is gummed with a dedicated plate gum, during which process the soft, unexposed non-image area is easily and cleanly removed.

CTP

:Energy Elite
45

:Energy Elite plates can be used in all leading

830 nm thermal computer-to-plate systems and its very high sensitivity enables maximum productivity and plate throughput. Performance: Typical run lengths at unbaked commercial web users are in the region of up to 350,000. Baking can increase this run length by 50-100%.
Under UV conditions,

an unbaked :Energy Elite can achieve up to 100,000 copies

CTP

:Energy Elite
46

Benefits:
Eliminate the need to bake. The space savings and

energy savings associated with a no-bake thermal plate are considerable. Durable performance :Energy Elite is suited for high quality imaging and printing Consistency: :Energy Elite will tolerate substantial variations in exposure and processing with minimal noticeable effect on the final print.
