Dear Colleagues, Please find the following progress report of IQ activities in Block 4, Ground F loor : 1) Installation verification which

is done Today are : a. verification certificate Calibration of critical instruments instal led b. Input and Output signal With this completion verification, we already finalize Installation Qualifi cation for GF Monoblock. 2) Operational Qualification was started around 04.00 pm and the following test has been started are : a. Control device and instrument. HL1 can't be checked because the HL1 lamp is off. GF engineer will troubleshoot this case. b. Data fields. some of input entry can not be tested because we can't put the data. GF engineer will troubleshoot this case. c. Password and audit trail. This program can't show Login/logout/chan ge trail.So we can't trace the user who login/logout/change in GF machine. GF engineer will t roubleshoot this case. d. Saving, restoring and printing data.
