Dummy’s observation & laws of nature

I was taught by a dummy with his 13 lines’ poem.

I wonder if those dummy’s laws of nature are true or not.
Maybe clever readers can explain to me where it goes wrong.
If you are confident with your judgment, please read those lines below.

1. Heat is always transferred from the higher temperature area to the lower
temperature area.
2. Water is always running from a higher altitude to a lower one.
3. Bees are always gathering in fields where flowers secreting more honey
within them.
4. Squirrels are always getting into attics above master bedrooms of those
house owners having branches of nut trees touching their roofs plus
setting air condition at a very comfortable temperature, because they
love nursing squirrels to make lovely noise and wake up earlier.
5. Like insect attractant, cities are always attracting more population than
in farm lands.
6. Immigrants are continuing towards one maim direction where living
standard is higher than the countries where they came from.
7. Capitals are always exporting to those places/countries where higher
returns and lower labors could be found.
8. Women are always hoping to be married with whom richer than they
are.
9. Men always desire to have their wives more beautiful than they are.
10. The richest people could be greedier than other fellows. Otherwise, they
could neither have been so rich nor keep him/her richer.
11. A king or a queen might be a greater robber among robbers. Who was
also a human creature born in nude like common people but robbed the
whole nation.
12. The heavy spear of Genghis Khan conquered less territory than Chef
Chin’s cooking spades and knives now-a-days over the world.
13. Fighters belong to any nations been invaded are always braver than
their invaders.
