ALTERNATE DOORLOCK CONNECTIONS-CHRYLSER MINIVANS

Here is an alternate method that can be used for Keyless Entry in 1996-2000 Chrysler minivans without the use of resistors and the single White/Green or White/Red wire at the body control module. Connections can be made directly to the Factory lock/unlock relays at the vehicles fuse box below the drivers side dash. See the diagram below as a guide. Use diodes to isolate your wires from the factory system. Note the position of the relays. You will need to access the first two relays in the top row, and the first relay in the second row. The letters A/B/C are for illustration purposes only and are not printed on the factory relays.
NOTE: CHECK POLARITY OF TERMINALS 86 and 85 BEFORE CONNECTING. The Relay Terminals 86 or 85 are reversed in some vehicles.
