    They both were MIRROR image of each other. They can be super imposed over each other and hence they are congruent. And since they are congruent it means they are equal in both shape and size i.e corresponding angles and sides are equal.

    If two triangles are equal in terms of sides and angles it means they have equal areas as well. Also if two triangles have all the three corresponding sides equal it means they are CONGRUENT (condition of SSS is fulfilled here) and vice versa.
