Laissez faire leadership School scenario

Professor (me): Good morning class! Since next week na ang ating livelihood program, I will give you time para paguusapan kung ano ang gagawin natin. I will give you all the time ng class natin para magplan for our livelihood program. You are free to ask me any questions or approach me anytime for any suggestions. I suggest na you do activities that will really help others. Nore: Maam I suggest po na tuturuan naming sila mag-bake ng mga cupcakes or cookies. Madali lang naman po yun and for sure malaki po ang magiging profit nila kahit maliit lang po ang puhunan. Me: Very good Nore. Nice suggestion. I think it can really help them a lot. Ok lang ba sa inyo yun class? All: Yes maam. Anne: Maam ok lang po ba if we do the livelihood program in the afternoon? Para po may enough time pa po kami para magprepare. Pritzel: Oo nga maam. Madami po kasi kaming mga ginagawa, mapalit na po kasi ang Finals. Madami po ang mga requirements. Me: Oo naman, whatever you want. Alam ko namang mahirap ang maging isang graduating student at naiintindihan ko kayo. Just inform me kung anong mga napagusapan nyo. Anne: Thank you maam. Raphael: Maam can we approach you po if ever may questions kami and for additional information na din po? Me: Of course, anytime. Kahit hindi natin class. Actually, you can do whatever you want. Just make sure na yung gagawin nyo ay mabuti and will all make you feel glad. Also yung matututo sila and in return may matututunan din kayo. Raphael: Sige po maam. Thank you!
