Subject: Canon 5250 and Service Dear Aaron, I would like to provide you with some feedback. I believe that is the only way a business can improve, by listening to their customers. Here's a short testimonial of my customer satisfaction. I have been a customer for two and a half years after having several bad experiences with other "printing solutions" companies. We made the decision to go with Docutrend but were still in the middle of a lease. We signed up for a service agreement only and promised we would consider Docutrend at the end of the lease for our next printer and other needs. The service and support have been excellent and multiple people (Javier, Yamil, Ed, etc.) have been professional on a world-class level. I want to particularly point out that my Account Manager, Robbie Jacobs has been there from the rst day and has assisted me not only during regular business hours but many times late in the evening or on weekends. He has always kept his word and provided accurate information. I am very demanding and have some hard requests, yet never have I had even the slightest issue with Robbie..just outstanding. When it came time to choosing the next Copier/printer, I had a responsibility to get three estimates. Of the three, one was low and two were signi cantly higher. Docutrend was the highest. Robbie, then reduced a few dollars as a gesture of good faith. I chose Docutrend. I was able to sell the choice of Docutrend, and the higher price, to my COO because of the quality of your day to day service. We now have a long lease in place and look forward to deepening our already strong relationship. Best regards, Kevin
