Tuition is based on a full year. For the convenience of our families, John Milledge Academy accepts tuition payments on a monthly basis. Tuition payments are divided into twelve (12) equal payments and are due on the first of each month. Tuition payments begin May 1 and continue for 12 consecutive months, with the final payment due April 1. Since John Milledge Academy incurs costs for a student as soon as he or she is enrolled (purchasing books, obtaining desks, arranging classrooms, scheduling teachers, etc.), registration fees and book fees are due at the time of registration.

Refund/Withdrawal Policy
In the event a student properly withdraws from John Milledge Academy, the following policies will apply: The Registration Fee, Technology and Book Fees are nonrefundable. Tuition is due through the end of the month that the student is last enrolled. For example, if a student properly withdraws from JMA in September, the student owes tuition through the end of the month. Any tuition paid in advance of the withdrawal month (in this case - any tuition paid for October, November, or future months) will be refunded. If a student properly withdraws before the first day of school, the student will be refunded all but one month's tuition. For example, if a student enrolls and pays tuition in May, June, and July, and then properly withdraws from JMA before school begins, the student will be refunded all tuition except for one month. In the event that a student is asked to leave the school, tuition is due through the end of the month that the student was last enrolled. Report cards, transcripts, diplomas, and any school records will not be released until all financial obligations are met.

Delinquent Policy
When a monthly payment is over ten days late a statement will be mailed requesting immediate payment with a monthly service charge of $25 being added. If in the event a family is already one month late the second month becomes due on the first day of the following month. An additional $25 will be added each month the bill remains past due. When a family's account, tuition, and/or daycare charges become two (2) months delinquent, the student is no longer in good standing with the school. The student(s) of that family could be suspended from attending classes until the account is made current. Report cards, progress reports and transcripts will be held until the account is no longer delinquent.

Acceptance of Financial Agreement

Also by signing this form I am stating that I understand the Refund/Withdrawal Policy as printed above.
