Statement of the Problem -MINOR PROBLEM The organization of Boy Scouts is dramatically polluted by Homosexual or what we call Gays. -MAJOR PROBLEM Financing Sponsors like the Bank of America will pull out their monthly support to the said organization.

What is the Objective of the Study This study aims to question the function of laws when it comes to sexual orientation. The financing sponsors of the said organization take into action to pull out for reasons of, boy scouts consists of gay whom they believe a factor that perceived as discriminatory to the society. However, the said organization particularly the Boy Scouts stated that they do not take into consideration pointing to sexual orientation of the boys interested to the join, for what is aimed to them is the skill of adventure, training, and proper development to our future boys. Areas of Consideration The Areas of Consideration that we come up is that we must take note of the agreement dealt with the two parties. Understanding what is agreed and what is not. If it is said that there is no term stated for homosexuality then we cannot say that this can be a ground for the right to pull out but then if theres a statement of prohibition of homosexuals, it will be clear for them as a violation to the contract and be subjected to damages and settlement. Alternative course of Action The alternative course of action that we come up is that the financing sponsors should had taken more time to discuss with the organization regarding to the issue before they pulled out and with this, we assume that they have prevented faults and conflicts.

Recommendation We recommend that the sponsors should continue financing the Boy Scouts for the gain of a better product of the said organization to benefit our own community.
