Ptolemys report about Perdikkas initiative in Thebes storm in

335 BC quoted by Arrian is under consideration in this article. This information is defined reliable. As a commander of his own taxis Perdikkas made a decision to begin an attack, unleashed the battle which finished his force the town. The reasons of these actions could be both
situations rational estimate and Alexanders soldiers special psychological features.

This paper explores the conflict between the pagan nobility of east
roman city and the Church. The article highlights the socio - economic
factors of confrontation between municipal aristocracy and church
organizations, forms of oppositional activity of pagan aristocracy,
characterizes the relation of central government to the persistent of
urban pagan cults in the Christian empire.

THE ALYATES FAMILY TO BYZANTIUM IN XXI CENTURY

The article is devoted to the history of Alyates, family in Asia Minor. The 14 members of aristocratic family are noted in historian sources
(XXI c.). Anthes Alyates, insurrectionist of Bardas Skleros (975/976),
Leo Alyates, strategos of Cherson and Sougdaia in the reign of Isaac I
Komnenos (10571059) and Theodore Alyates, strategos of Cappadocia
in 10701071 are famous representatives of the family. Mainly, the remaining members of this family are known for sphragistic data. In the
XXI c. Alyates stated in the high positions in the military and the provincial administration of Byzantium. Since the beginning of the XII century they are mentioned in the sources as officials of the civil administration or priests.

The article deals with evaluation data of the Russian press

abroad, Republican-sky camp during the Spanish Civil War 19361939. Among Russian political exiletion allocated 3 major social and
political trends: the right (conservative), left (revolutionary) and
neutral (liberal), each of which had its ne-chutney agency reflecting
their ideas. The degree of objectivity (or subjectivity) periodically of
the first edition was directly dependent on affiliation to a particular
political current Russian political community, as reflected in the
coverage of the problem.

The author considers the last attempts of the Polish question

settlement on the international arena after the Warsaw Rising of
1944 with participation of the Polish exiled government. Special
attention is given to the policy of Great Britain who after the USSR`s
break of diplomatic relations with the Polish London authorities
on the former`s initiative fairly often had to represent the Polish
interests.

CONCEPT OTTOMANISM IN THE POLITICAL ESTIMATIONS

OF BULGARIAN SOCIAL-DEMOCRACY

Article is devoted to studying of ottomanizm concept in interpretation of the Bulgarian social-democratic parties after youngturks revolution of 1908. The discussion developed on this question
in the socialist press between ideologists of a radical direction of a
close socialism and leaders of the left centrism (levitca
BRSDP (o)) causes the greatest interest. Against the sharp criticism,
characteristic for platforms of the right and left socialists, the
special attention is involved with a position of the Bulgarian socialist
centrism. Theorists of the specified movement are ready to accept
the concept of ottomanizm as a part of the all-democratic program
conducting to creation of uniform Balkan-Asian confederation.

The changes in the industrial district of the merchants

provinces of Central Black Earth region in the late XVIII - the first
quarter of the XIX century. The study of this question showed that
the merchant industry was represented by two types of processes:
the factory and handicraft. The share of merchants who had plants
in the early XIX century. was 10%. Among merchants artisans
share in the beginning of XIX century. is also about 10%. By
increasing the proportion of tax merchants artisans declined, and
owners of factories on the contrary increased. The basic amount of
the merchant plants at the end of XVIII - first quarter of the XIX
century. was represented by enterprises processing agricultural
products. These are such enterprises as: salotopni, tanneries, soap
factories. The greatest number of merchants engaged in trade was
represented by blacksmiths.

CROP FAILURE GRANARIES ACCORDING TO RUSSIAN LEGISLATIVE SOURCES

OF THE XVIII THE FIRST HALF OF THE XIX CENTURY

The article, on the basis of legislative acts, shows the appearance in Russia of crop failure granaries. The author reveals
that these granaries were created for a long time and their system
had acquired relatively clear outline only in the late 1820s early
1840s. The article tells that crop failure granaries had their own
specific features of functioning for every taxable estate in the
country.

The science article is dedicated to the developments of the political crisis in Russia (August 1917-the beginning of the 1918 years).
Under the article the author reviews the importance of Souz anarhistov sindicalistov (Union of Anarchists) press organ Golos Truda
in the determined period. The author analyzes the establishing and
development of the press organ marking the peculiarities of the
newspaper work and functioning in the period (the main subject of
the articles, their tons, publishing time). The author pays much attention to evolution of the relationship between anarchists and the Bolsheviks from the beginning of August 1917 till the first trimester after
the October Revolution. The author emphasizes the common aspects
for the both political parties and their oppositional statements.

In article the basic domestic and foreign approaches to definition of types of the social state are characterized. The basic debatable
aspects of a scientific discourse on a problematic are defined. Distinctions between the basic models for the purpose of search of a
perspective reference point for development of national model of the
social state are studied. The author's typology of modern models of
the social state which are formed in the conditions of globalization
and under the influence of convergence of ideologies is offered.

In the article the process of reform of the party system in Russia is analyzed. Provides expert assessment of the legislative innovations of 2012, which are discussed in terms of their impact on the
real modernization of the party system in Russia. On the one hand,
party reform can be evaluated as an approximation of the party system to democratic standards, on the other - as a set of imitation
practices, aimed to continue manipulating party institutions by the
president and the executive.

This paper analyzes the process of developing the foundations

of foreign policy in the Ukrainian state and its international activities
since 1991 to the present. Reveals both successes and failures in the
conduct of foreign policy of Ukraine. Special attention is paid to the
analysis of relations between Ukraine and the Russian Federation.

Officially the Russian-German relations are developing in the

paradigm of strategic partnership and the image of the post-soviet
Russia always differed positively from that widespread in other EU
countries. Russian foreign policy was able to play with variety of discourses on Russia inside Germany. But last years criticism toward
Russia is growing in the German society and it can have substantial
influence on relations not only with Berlin but also with the European Union.
