Pre-op radiograph taken on 19-10-2009- Symptomatic periapical abscess.

Access Opening with copious saline irrigation.

WL & C&S deferred to the next appt. Apex Cal Ca(OH)2 placed.

Next appt: 03-12-2009. WL determination & Cleaning & Shaping

Note only some of the extruded Ca(OH)2 has resorbed. Apex Cal placed again for a month.

Next appt: 04-01-2010 Obturation: Resin sealer & Lateral condensation with Gutta percha

Immediate post op: Looks a mess! Ca(OH)2 and sealer extrusion

Review X-rays: (Coronal seal placed the day after obturation)
