ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURE (Student Assistantship)

1. Log on to your portal account.*

*Freshman applicants need to visit the ICTC and request activation of their portal account. (Present Valid ID and Enrollment Permit)

2. Click my.enrollment

3. Log on to the Online Enrollment account (ONE).

4. Click Scholarship Button.

5. Drag down and Choose type of scholarship and percentage. Click Next.*

*Note: You can only input your GPA ONCE.

6. After selecting the scholarship type and percentage applied for, a confirmation message will appear. Click NEXT button.

7. Fill out all required information and click SUBMIT button.

8. After clicking submit button, confirmation box will appear. Click the OK button if all the
informations are correct. Click the CANCEL button if you need to change other informations.

9. After clicking OK button notification will appear on the screen.

10. Tick the box at the foot of (Note: I hereby certify to the best.)

11. After ticking the box a Confirmation Receipt and Application Form will appear print these form and bring this form together with other documents at Counter 21.
