Ingredients sausages mushrooms bacon tomatoes eggs

Method 1. Preheat a pan on a high heat. 2. Slice the sausages in half length-ways, so they cook quickly, and place at one side of the pan. 3. On the other side of the pan, put a small amount of oil and place the mushrooms in. 4. Shake the pan to coat the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. 5. Push mushrooms to one side and lay some slices of bacon and halved tomatoes in the pan. 6. Cook for a couple of minutes until the bacon is crisp and golden. Shake the pan and turn the bacon. 7. Put a round of toast in the toaster. 8. Shuffle everything around so it s all mixed in the pan and add 2 or 3 eggs at different ends of the pan. The whites of the eggs will dribble in and around everything else in the pan. 9. Turn the heat down and cook for another minute. 10. Place the pan under the grill and finish the eggs to your liking
