Dear Sir, We have a project for residence buildings and for the external insulated wall panels the

consultant is checking the concrete by hammering the surface, and if there is difference in sound for some areas he reject the panels even the thickness of concrete is within accepted tolerance. In some panels the thickness of concrete layer is from 50 mm to 75 mm for areas less than 10% of the surface area) instead of nominal thickness of 90 mm (even the overall thickness is 280 mm as per the nominal thickness) and the consultant rejected these panels and we agree with him. The panel thickness is 90mm concrete + 100 mm insulation + 90 mm concrete = total 280 mm But for the panels with thickness within accepted tolerance 80 mm to 90 mm but with difference in sound in some areas, the consultant reject these panels??? Please advise how we can convince the consultant to accept these panels.

THANKS & BEST REGARDS MOSTAFA GAD ALLA
