I am requesting funding for the Ready, Willing & Able program in fiscal year 2010. The
entity to receive funding for this project is The Doe Fund, Inc. located at 232 E. 84th
Street, New York, NY 10028 - 520 Gates Avenue. Funding will be used to support the
program Ready, Willing & Able, which helps individuals permanently break the cycles of
incarceration, dependency, and addiction by providing paid work, case management,
vocational training, drug testing and counseling services, literacy and educational classes,
and other supportive services to formerly incarcerated or homeless individuals that
comprise the program. I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in
this project.
