Kindergarten MPACT outline for Student Achievement

i. Tier I Instruction Evidence/Artifacts Interactive journals language arts, math, science, social studies Exit question Whole group instruction phonological awareness, reading, writing, math & numeracy, science, and social studies Mimio Sprout iStation Unit Test Heat Map samples based on STAAR results 2013 N/A for Kindergarten. We use CSCOPE rubrics, informal & formal assessments (i.e. letter/sound identification, journal writing, etc.), iStation, and TEMI. Celebrations and priority TEKS by subject based on recent assessments Language Arts K.1,2, 3 Letter knowledge, phonemic awareness Math K.1 Using numbers to name quantities Plan of action for reteach/samples of teacher plans for classroom reteach Continue to spiral in concepts that need further development Determine further students needs (large group, small group, & individual) after the TEMI (Texas Essential Mathematics Inventory) & October iStation assessments have been administered

Universal screeners: iStation (monthly), & TEMI (BOY, MOY, EOY) In school intervention plan - iStation & TEMI both offer intervention activities and instruction, SOAR intervention After school intervention plan - ACE afterschool enrichment & tutoring (see ACE list)
