Child Abuse and Neglect. Google. Help Guide. Wed. 11 September. 2013. Child abuse is more than bruises and broken bones. This article tells us about both physical and emotional abuse. Physical abuse is where you can see the scares and bruises. Emotional abuse is where youre hurt mentally. Most abusers are family members or others close to the family. Child Abuse is nonaccidental trauma or physical injury caused by punching, beating, kicking, biting, burning or otherwise harming a child; physical abuse is the most visible form of child maltreatment. This article offers facts about child abuse, for those want to know more. Little is known about the reliability of self-reported child physical abuse. Both of my sources talks about ways to prevent child abuse, and what kind of injuries are on a child that has been abused. Injuries can occur accidentally when a child is at play, physical abuse should be suspected if the explanations do not fit the injury or if a pattern of frequency is apparent. I think this source is biased. Not only are children being abuse, adults are being abused too. Chapters in this article can easily help me with my source. All of the paragraphs tell what Im researching about, and would serve a good discussion to people who are trying to figure out how to prevent child abuse from happening. Some of this information would be appropriate for adults to know. They need to know the symptoms of a child whos being abuse. People should find this article as a help guide. Child Abuse. Google. The author offers really good facts about child abuse. The author of this article offers good advice for those struggling with child abuse; her main priority is to figure ways to prevent child abuse. She has an honest perspective. Everyone whos struggling with being abused, she encourages them to get away from that situation. Being abused is very unhealthy. Child abuse is scary, but you dont have to feel powerless. This article is dedicated to showing you specific steps you can take to protect your children, and all of the children in your community. Myself and others find this article very helpful.
