BEFORE MASS
1 hour before: assemble at the Parish meeting area ('the toilet'). If you have other commitments, come as soon as you can with all your music. The Music Director will be there with spare copies run through: chant, psalm, Gospel, hymns, motet, Ordinary of the Mass 5-8 minutes before: ask thyself: Self, do I have all my music, and is it order? put on pectoral cross decide who's sitting next to whom say the Prayer for Choristers together walk to side entry together enter church, genuflect together assume seats arrange music say Before Mass prayer(s) and think of someone who might need your prayers during Mass All conversations should cease as soon as you enter the church. If you feel a burning urge to compliment X about their cool watch (which is totally fine), make a mental or physical note and tell them after Mass.

DURING MASS
do not adjust the microphones if something goes wrong, of if theres something that you dont understand, try not to look around quizzically at other choir members. Go straight to the Music Director if necessary and just keep smiling

AFTER MASS
say After Mass prayer(s) take off pectoral cross and place in box on organ if singing at the 5 pm Mass, kindly return music in separate piles on the side bench try not move or shift any music that is already on the organ unleash pet zebra patiently waiting outside and feed it some rhubarb salad
