Instructions: In teams, take time to discuss Safety using the following questions. Be a generous listener. Do not dialogue; rather take turns to actually share what you have answered. If you need more information or clarification ask additional follow-up questions. Use another sheet to record/consolidate the results of your discussions. When your discussions are completed you will present the results to the wider group. Before you discuss take time to read the questions and write down your personal answer. Then proceed with the discussion, paying full attention to the one sharing rather than to your story.

10. How can Safety Department help? What do you need from them? How can they support you? What training, resources, etc, could they provide to help you be more safe?
