A big question that comes from a fitness novice today is Do I have to attend a gym to lose weight or can I lose

weight from home? Well the answer is YES you can lose weight in your home without having to go to a gym.

What this programme involves


Lose a stone in six weeks without entering into a gym using household objects, body weight exercises and keeping to a good diet. Through this programme you will challenge yourself to lose 2-3lbs a week in order to get to your 1 stone weight loss. This programme is great for a beginner to learn the basics from home before possibly going to a gym, A person shy of the gym as many are at first, A person that has to travel to far to get to the gym and/or someone thats looking to lose a stone for a special occasion whether that be a wedding or for Christmas festivities.

Included in your 8 week plan


A 6 week plan for you to follow including various exercises to be carried out at home which runs weekly. It runs weekly to allow fine tweaks and on going support. This will involve 3 sessions a week. A free 45 page DFO e-book full of facts and figures to help you towards your healthy lifestyle. (right picture) A nutritional Assessment leading to nutritional advice throughout the programme, guiding you too a better balanced diet. A progress report sent to you every week so you can see how close you are to your goals via graphs. Supplement advice for if you wish to use supplements. On going personal support throughout your fitness journey from myself for when you have any questions, queries and/or problems.

Support after your programme is complete if you have any questions or needed to be reminded of something that you forgot from your previous plan. You will be looked after by me Tom Davies, a friendly, motivating qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, a Sports Therapist, and a black belt kickboxer with an abundance of world class fighting experience all of which has given me the confidence in getting YOU to achieve your personal goals.
