Basic Skill Instruction TSW be aware of how to score a best ball Frisbee golf tournament and be able to identify the rules of play. Throughout play TSW use different throwing techniques learned in previous lessons. Application of Skills TSW apply their scoring ability to game setting and continue developing and strengthening the different types of throws.

Health Related TSW strengthen their cardiovascular system when walking throughout the nine holes while playing.

Day # - 4

Life Skills
Effort TSW put forth their best effort throughout the entire tournament. Goal Setting TSW develop goals based on what par is at each hole, based on their own individual skill level. Community Activity TSW become aware that there are disc golf intramural teams they can take part in outside of class. Communication TSW communicate with other groups in surrounding area, staying out of the path of flying Frisbees. Fair Play TSW be honest when throwing their Frisbee- they will not move it closer to the hole when one is not looking, or give themselves a lower score. Teamwork TSW will work with their partner, in aims to score the lowest score.

How did the tournament go? Asses their knowledge of disk golf scoring by reviewing what a boogie, birdie, eagle, etc. is. Make students aware that there are disk golf intramural teams you can partake in.

Equipment needs:

disk golf course, disks.

Safety Considerations: Be aware when holes overlap one another. Frisbees may be flying across a hole you are actively engaged with. Do not throw the Frisbees at other students. Be aware of the group at the hole in front of you- Make sure they are finished at the hole before teeing off. Be careful of divots and acorns on the ground when walking. Activity Formations
