Kmart , Hales Corners, Wisconsin Managed scheduling and responsibilities for soft- line team members. Assisted and responded respectfully with customers. Conducted seasonal price changes and inventory counts. Set up sales floor displays to promote product sales. Trained team members in all departments; this provided for team members to have a chance to find the department that they excelled at and work on the department jobs they struggled with. Problem solved not only staff support issues, but also product inquiries from customers. Computed profits for my departments with department managers and store managers in order to set up a plan for further success of sales. Used RMUs (scan devises) to create new credit accounts for customers and help keep front end moving during outages.
