To make a solution to the problem of financial is to suggest saleable non-saleable item. This proposed system will also be able to store important data more accurately and efficiently, thereby making sure that the records of sale is correct. The main advantage of the proposed system will be the enhancement and efficiency on how data will be gathered and stored. This will create a faster and efficient way in reviewing the data of the store s performance, and create more accurate decisions on what to do or not to do to increase the stores sales and performance. Accounting is the best think for a business to ensure monitoring transaction within the office to inform the heads whether the business is on stable. This exciting system makes easy to the employer to keep a track and check on the Accounting department just by a click of the mouse thus making the work extremely easy for people having offices. 1.1 Project Overview The proponents have chosen to make an Automated Payroll System for Accounting System, specifically in its Monitoring facility, which still uses a manual system to generate and compute the pay for the employees. The main purpose of this proposed project is to design and implement the computerized payroll system. A computerized payroll system will be developed for handling the payroll system of Maxs Restaurant. In the existing manual system, it is extremely difficult to handle large amount of data and generate valuable reports. Through automation 1.2 The Problem Domain 1.2.0Statement of the Problem The most common problem of the company is having a delayed salary of the employees to the company and commonly uses the manual process in their company budget. Their processed system of payroll is unmanaged and might be lead to financial misinterpretation and worse, lead to management bankruptcy. The company doesnt have any assurance of security because the importance details can be easily open by the cashier and they dont have security code for their system. The company is using the biometric to monitor the attendance of employee, but sometimes the machine is not functioning really well because sometime its too advance or too late to the prior time so that they going to use the log in method or hand in hand just to write what time they in and out but this one can be the cause of cheating or its hassle cause you need to put someone who can monitor the attendance

1.2.1 General Problem The main problem of Maxs Restaurant is their biometric and not exact time day-to-day because it is really hard to used, the accuracy is lower because there are lapses about the monitoring of the employee. 1.2.2 Specific Problem 1.2.2.0 Typing Error - I messed up the typing. There is an extra word 1.2.2.1 Miscomputation - A wrong or incorrect computation 1.3 Objectives of the Project To enhance this project for having a more knowledge and accommodate of some techniques in this project so we make this project so we help restaurant we chose about their problems when it comes to their system to provide us with additional information to them about modern technology and techniques, we aim to further facilitate the work in a restaurant The Payroll System in order to have an accurate and fast transaction in restaurant business, and to make sure an accountable pay slip report, this system must be observed, any complications may result to an invalid report and miscalculation, such as employees salaries and expenditure of the business. We the researcher, must be reliable to it as basic security system of your restaurant. The Monitoring employee to observe attendance of all employee, the researchers recommend data mapping for this purpose. These processes also see the development of their employees performance, observance of absences and to find out who is on-leave and work on time respectively.
