1.2. Operation of machine

Your careful notice is needed on the Caution and Warning stickers attached to the each part of machine body. During the operation, please observe the below points. Read this manual carefully before operating machine to understand completely the way to deal with it. Do not touch any operating part of machine such as pneumatic cylinders and their linked parts and XY table etc. Before opening the electricity cover, cut off the main power and confirm that the main disconnection switch is off.

1.3. Troubleshooting
If you have any problems on the machine, troubleshooting should be handled by the designated After Service technician. Before cleaning or repairing machine, cut off the main power and wait for 1 minutes until the machine comes to be completely discharged. Air compressor should have enough capacity to get a good result. After finishing troubleshooting, cover the all covers that are uncovered during repairing.

1.4. Emergency button

In case of emergency situation, press emergency button which is in front panel. If you press emergency button, power will be off and machine will be stopped.

Figure 1.2 Emergency button

To restart machine, follow below sequence. Turn on the main disconnection switch. Eliminate emergency factor. Release emergency button by turning the emergency button knob to clock wise.

2.1. Conveyance of machine
2.1.1. Dimension of machine - Weight: 55 (net weight) - Size: 590625520 (WDH) 2.1.2. Using carrier Carrier should have enough capacity to sustain the load of machine as well as enough size. When you lift up the machine, fit the fork arm of carrier into the center of machine weight and lift up carefully to keep the balance of the machine. 2.1.3. Environment of installation - Temperature of surroundings When operation the machine : 0 40 (32 104) When preserving the machine : -25 55 (-13 131) - Humidity : Within 45 90 (Relative humidity)

WARNING
When you convey or lift up/down the machine with the conveying devices, you should keep the horizontal balance of machine to protect the machine from transportation and confirm workers safety.
Check points before transportation ( VERY IMPORTANT )

2.2. Balancing the machine

The four feet serve to center the machine. Make sure that the weight is evenly distributed on the four feet. - Place the machine on even surface to work on. - Alter the height by turning the knob .

3. Operation
3.1. Running the machine
Use of machine CAMS 1V-2P is to make Hotfix motif using the data created by computer design program called GemMaster. You can make Hotfix motif efficiently with simple operation. It's available up to 2 different size or different color of rhinestone and stud. Just make design using GemMaster and send it to this machine. Put rhinestone to designated Parts-feeder each according to the design created by GemMaster. Put transfer sheet with sticky side up on XY table. Then it is ready to make Hotfix motif.

Parts feeder wheel, and n2 is the maximum figure when GUN nozzle picks up stone successfully. Maybe it will be a little than n2 when GUN nozzle pick up stone because of vacuum leakage through the gap between stone and GUN nozzle. Use formula below, figure out P1, P2. P1=P2-1 , P2=n2-(n2-n1)/3

Press 'MODE' button which is on vacuum sensor. Then P1 will blink. Using Up-arrow button and Down-arrow button on vacuum sensor, set P1 value you got from formula above. When GUN nozzle pick up stone from Parts feeder wheel and vacuum sensor reach to P2, OUT1 LED will be turned on. When OUT1 LED is on, machine regards that GUN nozzle picks up stone successfully. Once OUT1 LED turns on, it will last until vacuum sensor down to reach P1. When GUN move down again even though it is holding stone, reduce P2 a little. When GUN move to Right even though it fails to pick up stone, increase P1 a little. Normally, set the P1 at about 55.0 and P2 at about 56.0. INPUT Move cursor to 3.INPUT mode.

4. Maintenance
Check point before maintenance For your safety, follow the below procedure before doing maintenance. Turn off the main disconnection switch. Turn off the Air on/off switch. In case of opening the control box cover which is at the back side of machine, make sure to take the power cable off the power connector for your safety. ( No one should open the control box cover except designated after sale service personnel.) If you face any suspicious situation during checking the machine, contact your local Service Agent. Water drain (check every day by operator) , water separator and air service unit , then it is If water is gathered in Air filter drained automatically. Therefore you must set up a waterspout under the pneumatic system.

Figure 4.1 Water drain

It is not needed to turn off main disconnection switch when water drain is executed. To prevent injuries, release compressed air completely before inspection

IMPORTANT
The pneumatic system of machine must be supplied with waterless compressed air.

5. Adjustment for the main parts of the machine

How to adjust machine and design program to get a good result.

5.1. Timing belt tension adjustment

Check timing belt tension of X axis and Y axis first. If it is too loose, it is difficult to get a good result as shown on the PC monitor. If the tension is too high, motor shaft and timing belt can get damage easily. I recommend to adjust it as much as the tension of classic guitar string Use X axis and Y axis tension bolt shown in Figure 5.2.

Figure 5.2 Timing belt tension adjustment

5.2. Parts feeder and gun module adjustment

1) For adjust the PF1 parts feeder plate, Move the Magazine part. 6.SYSTEM / 1.M_PART menu Press set button when cursor is on 1.MAG Press set button when cursor is on 2.P/F 2) Swing the gun cylinder. 6.SYSTEM / 1.M_PART menu Press set button when cursor is on 3.GUN then gun module will be located at origin point. Now press left arrow button then gun module will be located at gem exchange position . 3) Up and Down the gun cylinder for checking align the gun nozzle and parts feeder plate hole. If alignment status is not good, move the parts feeder
plate by (+) or (-).
